Two Pineville men, one Tioga man arrested on burglary charges

Two Pineville men and one Tioga man were arrested in connection with a residential burglary that occurred June 10 on Rigolette Road in Tioga, according to Sheriff Charles F. Wagner Jr.

Craig Allen Ramos, 17, 108 Pleasant Dr.; Jeremy Ryan Scarborough, 18, 210 Armstrong St., both of Pineville; and Richard Lance Billingsley, 4403 Northup Dr., Tioga, were each charged with aggravated burglary and conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. They were each released from the Rapides Parish Jail on a $20.000 bond.

On June 10, the homeowner reported someone had force their way into the residence and allegedly stole various items, including two handguns. After an investigation, deputies, with help from Alexandria and Pineville police, recovered most of the stolen items and one of the handguns. A Llama model 1911 .45 Caliber pistol remains missing.
