Everett Washington, 50, 190 Waterwell Rd., Natchitoches, died in a fire at his mobile home Monday night, said Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Victor Jones Jr.

Washington’s body was found in the kitchen area of his home. The 911 Center received the call about 8:23 p.m. that someone was trapped in the burning mobile home.
